Tammy Dziak

Director of Operations

I have worked with, I hesitate to call this work,  the elder population for the past 33 years. Starting as a volunteer to a nurses aid and then activities director. I always held the dream of owning my own elder care home, the reason being, I wanted to be able to provide the best of care for people in the later stages of life. I always knew there was something better. My dream came true and I did enjoy ownership and delighted to be able to demonstrate to my staff how to treat people with dignity, respect, help improve quality of life and promote a sense of self worth. I retired and thought I would take a different path, after several months one visit to a rehab center, made me feel as though I had been a fish out of water for a long time. I missed helping elders.  Working here now at Better Care Management affords me the opportunity to help people thrive, not just live. Working with the families as well as the client. Aging is a family affair. During this time I want to help families come together

Brenda Hannah

Client Services Coordinator

All my life I have worked in some type of elder care, whether they were close friends or people I have just come in contact with on a daily basis.  We have so much to learn from their wisdom and life experiences, they all have so many stories to tell about their lives.  We can learn much from generation to generation, it is like a box of chocolates every day, you never know what you are going to get!  My goal is to cherish each client as if they were my own family.

Thank you both. I had no clue what to do when the hospital called and told me, after mom fell and fractured her hip, she would not be able to live alone again. I appreciate the time and how personalized you made helping us. Even though I called you on a Saturday night. I did not want mom to go to a "home". Thank you for helping me to understand the options, price and where the money would come from. I go to bed at night knowing she is well cared for and I made the right decision.I really do not know how I could have done this on my own.Tina J - 12/15/2015,
